Digital items (Instant Downloads):

Files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges due to the nature of these items. While it's not possible to edit this policy, buyers can contact me about any issues with an order. I am more than willing to help in any way. If you have download issues please contact me.

Physical Items:

For shipping purposes: the correct shipping address and phone number must be provided at the time of purchase. This can be submitted shipping information through, the contact form.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to shipping or customs.

Portraits Specifically:

Reference photos of good quality must be provided within a reasonable time period.

My shop doesn’t accept order cancellations of custom items once the work begins.

For shipping purposes: the correct shipping address and phone number must be provided at the time of purchase. Shipping information can be submitted with the reference photo using the contact form (the contact form has an upload button for submitting photos), or the agreed-upon communications platform.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied. I have no control over customs delays.

After shipping, I have no control over shipping delays. I ship all items with a tracking number (this is one reason a phone number must be provided for shipping purposes).

Returns and Cancelation Policy:

Digital items: Due to the nature of Digital products, All sales are final on digital products.​

There is a 30-day return policy on items damaged due to shipping. If this happens please contact me with a description of the problem and photos. Contact me through the contact page where you will be able to upload. Buyer is responsable for return fees.

Portrait Cancelations and returns: Cancelations are accepted on Portraits. If the Portrait has been started, 50% of the purchase price is none refundable. 

Items made to a customer's specific specifications are not eligible for refunds. Portraits are a custom made item. If a Portrait is damaged in shipping, contact me through the contact page.
